I'm assuming you are talking about windows?  It was one of the last new
tests I added, and so it is possible that I didn't put the right stuff in
the installer script to include it.  I'm not on a windows computer right
now, so I'll take a look at it once I get a chance, but in the meantime,
it should also be part of the pebl-standalone.zip file available for
download.  You can unzip that and copy the symmetryspan\ folder to your
pebl-exp.0.14\battery\ folder.
