Patrizia, THe iowa task saves out both response time for each trial, and absolute time, in ms, since the start of the experiment. These are the last two columns of the data file. There are a number of possibilities for synching with hardware; it depends on how your ECG accepts input, but something like a parallel port is pretty easy to customize for.
