Currently, there is a 500 ms delay at the start of each trial while the
fixation is displayed. Participants have 800 ms to make a response before
the response collection times out.   There is also a 400 ms delay on
practice trials when feedback is given.

In the next version of PEBL (0.14, which I will release hopefully in the
next couple days), these parameters will be controllable via a dialog in
the launcher.
