Maayan,

There are several normative data sets available for specific tests, and
for some of the standard tests you may be able to use other normative
data. In fact, many of the normative data sets currently in use in other
computerized testing software are from paper-and-pencil or other versions
of the test.

Overall, it sort of depends on what test you are interested in using.
PEBL tests have been used in more than 150 publications and theses (see
http://pebl.sourceforge.net/wiki/index.php/Publications_citing_PEBL) , so
there are many data sets that establish the validity and reliability of
different tests. Many of the tests are summarized in my recent JoNM paper
which I describe here:

http://peblblog.blogspot.com/2014/01/paper-in-journal-of-neuropsychological.html

I know of several israeli users of PEBL, and they have done translations
of several of the tests into hebrew. I'll send you in a separate email
some contact information.

Best,
Shane
