The IGT comes as part of the main PEBL installation. You need the entire system to run the test. You can make a trimmed down version that will just the IGT as a standalone, but that is rarely necessary. Currently, PEBL does not run on-line. I made some progress toward that last summer, but there are still a few input functions that need to be adapted to make the PEBL tests work on-line.
