Albert, Not knowing which test you are using, it is hard to tell you what the data columns mean. I try to document each test on the PEBL wiki at http://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawiki/pebl/index.php If you go to the test in the launcher and hit the 'wiki' button, it should take you to to test's wiki page directly in your web browser. If the documentation there is not clear, let me know--I usually only update it on an as-needed basis.
Typically, abstime would be an absolute timing code specifying the number of ms since the program started that the data was recorded--this is usually not very useful, except for checking and estimating completion times or possible if the participant was distracted. 'rt' is the response time for that trial, also in ms (1/1000 of a second).
