Is the clock test really not in the clocktest\ subdirectory of the
battery\ folder?  It might be possible, but I don't have my OSX install
handy so I can't tell right now.

You can just download the individual test from
http://sourceforge.net/p/pebl/code-0/HEAD/tree/trunk/battery/clocktest/clocktest.pbl
(click on the 'download this file' link), and save it wherever you want. 
The data should be saved in a data\ subdfolder wherever the clocktest.pbl
file is located and run from.
