Ah, makes sense. In that case, indeed you're lame for "bar.good.beer".
So just create "good.beer". I'm not sure if it's even necessary to
include NS records for foo[.good.beer] pointing to the same set of
servers - you already host the authoritative zones with their own NS
records.
