The current status is that PowerDNSSEC 'lite' will be released in very rough form next week, after the 3.2 PowerDNS Recursor Release. PowerDNSSEC 'lite' contains enough support (barely) to host a domain with NSEC signed records, fully self-supporting. > In Jul 2010 all root servers should be DNSSEC-enabled, so having > PowerDNS supporting DNSSEC would be really awesome so we can start > signing our zones. In the end, DNSSEC will probably generate more problems then it will solve. But we'll all discover that soon enough.
