Is there any word on the status of this possible race condition?

Additionally, would checking the internal web interface tickle the same code 
that could trigger this condition?

Daniel - do you run a lot of pdns_control commands?

I've recently discovered an issue with a race condition within pdns_control
that might cause issues like these.
