There are no plans to support these records, as they appear to have died out in the wild. If you need this just for testing, it appears that both MB and MR have similar wire formats as CNAME, so you might be able to get away by morphing the CNAME code in qtype.cc and dnspacket.cc. Be aware that it appears that both MB and MR need additional 'MAILB' support which *Really* appears to be rare. If it is really important, please let us know.
