No need to compensate at all if using a non hardening fixer.
Just fix for twice the clearing time. If the emulsion is not
prehardened during manufacturing (unlikely), then the emulsion
will be a bit more prone to mechanical damage if it is
unhardened, so you might want to exercise a bit more care with
the film handleing post processing.
Alternatively, you could pick up a package of Kodak Fixer (thats
the powdered stuff). It is a regular sodium thiosulfate
hardening fixer.
Wash times need to be increased with hardening fixers.
