AFAIK, all Pentax AF bodies with interchangable screens employ the same screen dimension which is smaller than the LX/MX screens. Because they are smaller, they can be fitted on LX or MX. However, when looking through the viewfinder, the left or right handside edges will not be completely covered by the smaller screen. I have not tried it myself, but I think fitting the MX/LX screens in AF bodies might scratch the edges of the screen due to the smaller frame size. For AF bodies, the MZ/ZX-M split image screen (C74) works perfectly, but the spot meter might not be accurate.
