I didn't want to open a can of worms, but I feel the same way about this
as I do about people who wear fur.
Herps are unfairly hated, unfairly exterminated ("rattlesnake roundups,"
do a search on the web, they're horrible affairs), and their skin makes
for horrible boots, belts, etc. Its too thin, unlike leather. Its not
nearly as durable.
Now, I'll step off my soap box. I wear leather, so I'm a bit of a
hypocrit, and I'm not about to throw red paint on someone with a snake
skin camera. :)
