Easy Len, He's from Oz. English may not be his first language <G> WW
its a little difficult for up to speak queens english because the bloody beer can gets the way all the time, it's very annoying, and I find the stubbie holder covers all of those silly little grammar keys on the keyboard I have owned the Tamron 90/2.5 (MF) and it is a great lens. I used it primarily for portraits, not much for critters. I had a mint version which I sold with original case and 1:1 converter for AU375 which I felt was a fair price. I only sold because I bought a Pentax F100/2.8 macro. I regret it a little now because the Pentax lens is larger and heavier and not quite so convenient to carry around. BTW I saw a recent advert in the Australian Photographic Trader (Current Edition). A person in Adelaide (no me) has two for sale, one for about 100 and the other for 250. I have a Sigma 105/2.8 which will be going on ebay in the next few weeks. Contact me off list if your interested.
