Good news and bad news.

Bad news: My brain is totally frazzled.

Good news. Brian and Igor have both provided excellent support and advice
regarding respectivly how to create the monthly gallery and how to upload/embed
that gallery within the komkon system which Igor et al have generously allowed
us to use over the years.

Bad news. Nevertheless, my brain is still totally frazzled. A system
incompatibility (Brian uses Windows, I am on Mac) and software updates and my
unfamiliarity with UNIX and html coding have left me wandering in random
diameter circles in a forest someplace.

Good news. I will go sideways and avoid the problems. For better or worse the
Monthly Pug will for now be embedded within my own online gallery. I know how
to use this one. April 2026 recreated here:
https://photos.stanhalpin.com/p373497495
This version of April also includes an image from Paul Sorenson, which had been
previously lost in the shuffle.

Disadvantages of my “solution” include:
        a) all info on the submitted images may not show up with the image. (I
will see if I can expand the Caption box to accommodate more info. On my agenda
for later today.)
        b) Different location.
        c) Address may make it seem it is my gallery Nathan the PDML’s gallery.
        d) somebody (other than me) will need to incorporate/update the http
address for monthly galleries into PDML site page.

Advantages:
        a) I can quickly and effectively upload/format a monthly gallery.
        b) Reliable no-cost system.
        c) No complex coding!

Loose ends:
        a) the PDML homepage does not show a link to March gallery. (I lost it
someplace along the way.)
