No reason to go watercooling when there are air coolers like that. Quieter and less problematic - can't have a water leak if there's no water. I'll upgrade my PC someday (probably not this year), and my planned solution looks similar to yours. Except I'll go Zen 5 (Ryzen 9700X, likely), as they'll be available by then.
