All the big hdd makers spend roughly the same 0.4s range percentage of turnover on repairs & replacement. Seagate used to have troubles, but that was long ago. Now their IronWolf Pro models even come with a recovery service. I no longer use anything else, knowing the cost of professional raid recovery firsthand. Cheers Eck
