Ann, it's not a question of a failure to blur out the names; there is no name of the item itself. The seller somehow determined who the pictured NA graduate was, and supplied his name, under the image of the photo and in the item description.
I understand that the description of the seller as "xyz design company" doesn't necessarily mean the seller is a business entity other than an individual; bI mentioned that only in response to the question of whether it was being sold by a relative.
