Well, maybe not quite as extraordinary. Some of the places in Liège, Belgium, where most of my industrial shots are from, have a serious problem with wild boar and they won't run away from you. Much the opposite. Be glad it's just deer in your garden. I've seen a few gardens which had been visited by those beasts and they looked as if someone had been having their driving lesson in a tank.
