You may have done this already, but just in case:
On every new Windows computer (installed or preinstalled), the first thing
I do is going through a bunch of privacy configurations, disabling all
types of information sharing.
There are a bunch of sites that have lists of those and how to find them.
I usually use 1-3 of them, as they differ in the content and clarity.
