At least not physically. That sounds like one frothy cesspit of suck. I had only had my K20 a few weeks when it fell off of a monopod and landed on pavement five feet below. I know what a terrible feeling that is. The good news is that it seems that with the possible exception of some connectors, all of the pieces that broke are probably just plastic case pieces. I suspect that the most straightforward solution is to ship it off to Precision and pay their price. If you could find a dead K-1, you might be able to salvage it for parts. Alternatively, I don’t know how far prices on used K-1s have fallen. In any case, I’m glad that the physical damage was confined to the camera. > > > > -- > Science - Questions we may never find answers for. > Religion - Answers we must never question. > -- > %(real_name)s Pentax-Discuss Mail List > To unsubscribe send an email to [email protected] > to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow > the directions. > -- Larry Colen [email protected] -- %(real_name)s Pentax-Discuss Mail List To unsubscribe send an email to [email protected] to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
