Something that I forgot to mention: In explanation of one of the signs, while CalFire did an amazing job fighting the fires, they realized that they did not have the resources, when it started to fight the fire in the Bonny Doon area. Almost all of the firefighting done in that area was by locals, breaking the law to be there to defend their houses, though they did get some help/guidance from the pros.
