A small camera group I'm with recently went out in some foggy rainy weather to photograph a local park. Some are amazed at what was captured and i made the comment " bad weather makes for good photography" There was a speaker in 2006 or 2007 at GFM that shot in bad weather, Charles something, anyone remember his last name i want to see if he has any links on the net.
