Thank you, Mark, for all the hard work, energy and passion you put in
those books in all 10 years!
Also, thanks to the editorial board members, Bill and Scott, at some early
point, and to Doug for his warm and cuddly forewords with his kind humor!
And kudos to all who contributed their photos over all these years, you,
fellow PDMLers! I've enjoyed seeing your photos all these years.
