When I look at almost everyone's digital camera offerings, they're all so good. Even the slowest AF is quite quick & does a fine job. The features, like geotagging/gps were unimaginable with film. Pixel shift improves on the in-camera edge processing. Others will follow. Once we got computer-designed lenses with aspherical elements then even once-mediocre lenses started to produce decently, let alone what was happened to the nice lenses.
The only rough point is the price of good lenses. They've gone up while bodies drop. These days the photographer really has some nice choices out there. -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
