Thanks Ann, The location is Steigen, a place in Northern Norway. The reason I took the image was that my great grandfather once painted this scene, and gave the painting to my grandparents as a wedding gift in 1920. It was only a week ago I realised it was a good example of a characteristic type of landscape my students are supposed to learn about. Jostein
