No, but I never use autofocus with macro lenses. Doesn't work well for most
subjects.

It wasn't in range for what I'd consider macro that I was having the problem. Close focus, in that many lenses don't focus that close, but many do. It was the transitional range. I.e. taking photos of sushi.

I noticed in interesting issue with K-1 autofocus. So far I've noticed it with macro
lenses, in fairly low light and/or low contrast situations. When I'm close, but not
"macro close", sometimes the focus will rack out to full macro and will stick
there. It doesn't reach the end, decide it couldn't find focus and rack back in towards
infinity focus. It just racks out to the end stop and keeps trying to focus closer, even
though it is at the end of its travel.

I wonder if it's some sort of aliasing on phase detection where it's gone past
half a phase out of sync and is trying to reach the other one.

Has anyone else ever encountered a similar problem?
