Thanks, John - I'll add Dwaynes Photo the the list of possibilities.
I've heard back from two of the labs that I contacted yesterday - one is
still doing C41 120 rolls and the other has stopped but referred me to
one that still does. I think there are still one or two local mini labs
operating out of drug stores, but I don't use any 35mm color film. I
still shoot B&W in 35 mm and process that myself, as with B&W 120 film.
C41 processing of 120 film is all that I need to send out.

This won't help in terms of whether a lab is good or not, but the C-41
process is bombproof enough that as long as the processor doesn't
scratch the shit out of your film, the processing will be fine.
Two thoughts - If you're only shooting 35mm, even a mini-lab could
probably handle the processing. There are still a few left.
