In Windows Explorer go to here on the old computer:
%APPDATA%\Thunderbird\Profiles\

and it will take you to your Thunderbird profile folder wherever it is
on your drive. (%APPDATA% automatically converts to the right place
for you on your computer.)

Just copy that profile folder across to the same place on the new pc.

Don't have Thunderbird running on either pc while your do it.
