I venture it will survive a few more years. These are slowly
disappearing in Iowa as property taxes are higher on land with a
building no matter the condition of the structure.

For a number of years I've watched this, and a few other adjoining buildings,
succumb to the lethal
CA sun.
It sits back a few hundred yards from HWY 65 (near the town of Wheatland)
awaiting a good stiff wind.
