IO should have said "quite nice" or "very nice."


To eliminate a distracting background, I have been using the Quick
Selection Tool in PhotoShop to select the flower.  Then I use the
"Inverse" function under the selection pull-down to reverse it so only
the background is selected.  Then I use the Burn Tool to darken the
background until nothing remains.  If there is a stubborn spot or two,
the Clone Stamp Tool or the Spot Healing Brush will help eliminate
them more quickly.
