I've never met Bill in person, but remember him well from his activity on PDML. Some 15-20 pounds ago, I believe I was the youngest on PDML back then. Ooh, the time is unstoppable...

For those who don't know him, Bill Owens was a PDML regular for years, going back to the 1990's. He was a regular at out annual meet-up at the Grandfather Mountain Nature Photography Weekend . "PDML Central" was his pop-up camper.
