603ii on camera and a 560tx handheld to set power levels.

Can the flashes also be optically triggered?
Can the radio triggers (I'd guess the 603) also work with studio strobes?
Do you have any power comparisons between them and other speedlights, or
for that matter studio strobes?
Anything else of interest? Reliability? Ease of use?
