Sylwester,

The 360FGZ advantages show themselves on the MZ-S or in control
situations. It can do P-TTL, TTL, Automatic (built in sensor,
multiple f-stop ranges),Manual with power output settings. It can
also participate in multi-flash (wireless and wired) TTL setups with
each flash set to different power level - all TTL. No other flash
that Pentax makes comes close to doing these kinds of things. The
FTZ's don't have multi-power manual settings or any automatic modes.
The 500FTZ does have two advantages - more GN power and full tilt,
swivel. So if all you are doing is clipping the flash onto the PZ-1p,
there probably isn't much advantage or maybe even a disadvantage (less
power, no swivel). But, if you take the flash off camera and/or use
multiple flashes and/or use an MZ-S or the new ZX-L? then there are
lots of advantages.

P.S. Any questions let me know. I have 3 of them and use them in
single and multi-flash setups on both the MZ-S and the P67II.
