I've been using Pentax 31/1.8 Ltd lens for the past few months, and I noticed that it tends to produce lots of red. I mean that the red channel frequently appears to be somewhat over-saturated. In many of those cases I can fix that in LR by dialing down the saturation of the red channel under HSL menu in the "Develop" module (LR 3.6) to about -10 -- -20.
This is especially noticeable in extremely red lips and/or red faces overall. Does anybody else observe this trend? I wonder if it might be 1. the specifics of my scenes (relatively low-light, mostly fluorescent lights) 2. the specifics of my lens. 3. specifics of the LR 3.x process [that is taken care of in 5.x] (I don't see this with other lenses) 4. something else...
