Unfortunately, though it might be possible to create a profile for the shift lens, I don't think it would be possible to create a profile that *works* for the shift lens, simply due to the nature of the beast. A profile that works with the lens centered wouldn't work with the lens shifted by 1mm. And a profile that was optimized for the lens shifted by 1mm wouldn't be quite right with the lens centered or with any other amount of shift.
