Mishka, Do you you mean the 35/2 PKA and 24/2.8 PKA? If so, yes. Both are very hard to find and perform about as well as the M that preceded them. The A tends to cost more than the M and SMC. If you mean "a 35/2" and "a 24/2.8", it's still at least a fair deal, assuming they are the Pentax M or Pentax SMC (K). In the 35/2, I have found the SMC to be slightly sharper tnan the M at wide apertures (f/2 to f/4), but the lenses are quite similar at other apertures. The SMC is much harder to find, also. It is noticeably larger and heavier and not necessarily better built, simply because the M was so well built. My SMC 24/2.8 gave me more satisfying results than any lens, I sold it simply because I didn't need a 24.
