A few weeks ago, I attended the 6:00 AM mass inflation at the New Jersey Festival of Ballooning. Although the event is held at an airport near my home, I didn't have time to grab breakfast. During a break in the action, I went looking for something to revive my body. This was one of the few places open at that hour. I waited in line for a while, but the line was long and moving slowly. I gave up, and moved on. That was fortunate, as it turned out. Five minutes later, I found a crepe vender, and had a much better breakfast. Still, any of the entrees at this van would have been an adventure in itself.
