Well here in India I have seen street dogs chase cyclists and motor-cyclists too. In fact what intrigues me is that these dogs target certain people only. Mostly the dogs drop out of the chase once the cyclist has left his territory. I cross by these street dogs while on my walks and find them absolutely docile. Regards.
