Ayup -- not sure of the details, but when I notified my hosting company
that my specific machine was blacklisted, it was a month before I started
getting status messages again. Likely at least partly my hosting
company's fault, and RR is probably big enough to get faster action. But
Spamcop is IIRC mostly run by volunteers, so delays are normal.
A whois on SpamCop's IP address resolves to Cisco Systems in Santa Clara, CA
