Yes finally after 14 years. Lots of controversy over the reno's, the plan (thankfully abonded) to close the gateway to bicycle traffic, the length of time taken etc. The bicycle passage closed in 1999 when the reno started. Lots of political debate but you can bicycle through again. I vaguely remember biking under there myself in 1958. It reminds me that there are now another 2 political parties there not to vote for in the next election :-)
