My guess as well, although I couldn't tell you what kind of leaf the
sail is. The reflected clouds make it look like it's floating on the sky.

My guess, It's a toy boat.. I think the sail is a "jack-in-the-pulpit"
flower and leaf - maybe in a puddle?

I wouldn't call it attractive, but any image that provokes questions
