Hmm..I see no "fence posts." I do see some small tule clumps a ways into the scene, but they appear as level as I can discern. I could not allow a tilt and still be comfortable with the image. Jack

Nope, the tulies and the fence posts in the midground an back ground about 1/3 of the way up the photo. When I first looked at it, I looked at the tulies in the foreground to check, but couldn't tell vertical from them, I then looked more closely at other object that I'd expect to be vertical, and they all seem to tilt very slightly to the left. But, it's your photo, so what feels comfortable to you is all that matters. > > Jack > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: Larry Colen <[email protected]> > To: Pentax-Discuss Mail List <[email protected]> > Cc: > Sent: Saturday, January 12, 2013 1:44 PM > Subject: Re: PESO: Foggy Coots > > > On Jan 12, 2013, at 1:22 PM, Jack Davis wrote: > >> >> Made the 20+ mile to Gray Lodge again a couple days ago and found it foggy. >> After waiting for an hour or so I decided to use one of their porta-potties >> and head for home. >> Upon returning to my car, I took a look around and discovered a peaceful >> scene I thought I'd try. >> >> Those little black roundish things in the water are Coots or Mud Hens, if >> you prefer.\ >> >> C&C welcome. > > It works well in black and white.
