Right click on the [ Flickr : Username <| ] button in the left hand pane, and choose "Edit Settings" from the drop-down. You get the usual LR export settings of file renaming, image re-sizing, sharpening etc. I'm fairly sure the settings are universal across the main photostream and any other streams you might/might not create within the Flickr group.
