I shall not speculate on the workings of your inner mind that dictates
what you like or dislike. However I think it hints of a story ( the very
presence of a civilian and a police car is always cause for speculation)
is he just talking to the nice officer or is the car empty and may be
vandalized by the hooded figure.? Like it I don't know but I liked
looking at it. It made me pause & think.
