Frank, I presume that all this light is actually reflected or stray
from the scene they are really lighting on the opposite side of the
street? I'm guessing that the motorcyclists are gawking at the
moviemaking going on.

I find that the problem with trying to dodge blown-out areas is they
simply go an unnatural-looking pure grey. You get better results from
cloning in some detail from elsewhere in the shot (or another shot,
differently exposed). Failing that, add some noise into the dodged
area so it doesn't look so weirdly uniform.

I like this one and the Hip-inspired one too. :-)
