For me this image would have more impact if it ended just above the bench with a little of the water above it.

Once again I had to spend a couple of hours in Stony Creek, it is quite likely the most photogenic village on the central Connecticut shoreline. Like Madison, people can donate a bench as a memorial to a loved one or cause, but Stony Creek's are more permanent
