I tell you, that lens is the best $20 I've ever spent. It's not pretty, and
there's no snap whatsoever in the aperture. But, fortunately, it's a
functional A lens, and I just love the images it produces.

These are beautiful. You certainly have lots of different species of
butterflies in your area!
We don't have so many, but this weekend had the stragglers of the
monarch migration coming through, so I got a few monarchs. I wish we
had the diversity that your area does.

Western Kentucky is blessed with a lot of biodiversity -- about all the
flora and fauna a person could ask for. Being smack in middle of the
Mississippi flyway has its advantages when it comes to migratory
species, I suppose. I'm sure your part of Canada makes up for the lack
of butterflies in other ways, though. :-)
