Well CNN says the shooting at the youth camp about 30 minutes away was
possibly connected to the one in the central city...
While what you say is true, (re media can often be too quick) what's the
definition of terrorism? How can this be anything else no matter
what/who the source.

Well, I don't mind...
I completely agree that people, not to mention media, are far too quick
to talk about terrorism when something like this happens. Last time
there was a bomb explosion in Oslo I believe a rather young guy working
on his own turned out to be behind it. (Yes it's happened before - on a
smaller scale, but I think someone got killed. This was many years ago,
though...)
I wasn't in Oslo today, either, by the way...
